What is Electrolyzed Reduced Water?
Electrolyzed Reduced Water (ERW) is hydrogen-rich water produced through electrolysis. The process of electrolysis splits the water molecules into hydrogen ions and hydroxide ions. It carries with it a negative charge delivering free electrons that recharge cells. Voltage determines a water's ability to fuel cellular energy. The high negative charge experienced through electrolysis (-300mV to -800mV) leads to electron-rich hydration that restores charge and restores electron loss to the body.
